ONEWHEEL WOD "Farmers Carry"

 

The stimulus for this WOD is engage and strengthen your core by carrying something that is 26lbs. in one hand in an awkward position.  Keep your body straight and don't let it slouch to one side.  Doing this type of movement will strengthen your core muscles (obliques and abdominals) which are used heavily while snowboarding and surfing.  You will be more explosive in your turns and traverses when this area of your body is trained.
